Get sweaty with a 30 minute FPC Strength and Stretch and then learn Breastfeeding Basics with certified lactation counselors and doulas, Erin Williams and Emilie Adams from Doulight NYC. You'll learn basic anatomy, feeding cues, positioning and the mechanics of an ideal latch.

We'll begin the workshop with 30 minutes of FPC's Signature class taught by our co-founder, Joanie Johnson, and move on to discuss all your nutrition questions with Carolyn Tallents from CLT Wellness.  We'll cover: the most important nutrients you need in each trimester and how to get them, pregnancy superfoods for all types of diets, as well as ways to prevent and manage common pregnancy symptoms, conditions and complications - all so you can have a healthy pregnancy, delivery and recovery.
