CPR Training: Infant & Child

CPR for new parents & parents-to-be

Our Pediatric CPR class is intended to educate, and empower parents or caregivers in the event of emergency. While we hope you never have to use the skills taught in class, students will walk awayknowing how, and when to:
perform CPR compressions
perform rescue breaths
recognize when someone is choking, versus coughing or gagging
learn how to use, and what an AED is, and how it can compliment the CPR sequence

We want you comfortable and confident with the skills you learn. We also want you to leave class knowing that you can help when, and if that moment arrives.

Jason Mundy began teaching CPR in 1997 upon completing his New York State EMT training. Since then, he has instructed thousands of CPR classes empowering students should an emergency present itself.
Jason also spent nearly two decades in the health and fitness industry. His passion for teaching coupled with his experience in the fitness industry creates a fun, interactive, educational and most of all, an enjoyable class experience.
