Learn how to move when in labor to promote progress and find positions to help you during the pushing stage of labor. A woman’s body is wise and would never grow a baby “too big” for her to birth. However, if baby is in a non ideal position this can make birth more complicated. The movements you make leading up to birth and throughout are quintessential.
