Join FPC Co-Founder, Joanie Johnson, as she answers all your questions and shares the secret to moving through your pregnancy with more strength, less pain and gives tips on how to make a complete recovery in postpartum.

 This workshop is Pre and Postnatal friendly and especially great if you are new to FPC, are recovering from a Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, experiencing lower back pain or other pre/postnatal pain, or if you feel like you need more clarity and have questions about our "pump & kegel" cueing.

We'll be covering:

  • the anatomy and function of the "inner core unit" (aka the muscles you need to continue to train during pregnancy)

  • What exercises to do starting day 1 post birth

  • Diastasis Recti prevention and rehab

  • How to avoid pelvic floor dysfunction
