Sleep Workshop

Few things feel better than a good night's rest! Proper sleep is imperative for helping new moms heal after giving birth, and establishing a successful sleep routine for babies sets the foundations for a lifetime of healthy sleep habits.

If long nights with little-to-no shut eye have become far too regular, or if your baby is struggling with naps and bedtime routines, this workshop is for you!

This workshop will cover:

  • Age appropriate schedules

  • Breastfeeding/bottle feeding and sleep

  • Ideal sleep environments

  • Bedtime routines
